Where do I post about an IP exemption?

Me and my best friend really want to play together here and there and its impossible right now. We would be playing from my IP when we do. I know this is probably meant to be somewhere else in the forums but I failed to locate it and could use some guidance. Thanks again.

Post your request in the petition section under IP Exemption. Make sure you give all the information needed in order to get it processed ASAP for you. And don't ever give out passwords. No one but you will ever need them. There are some less-than-respectful people out there who would use that info for evil.
