Cleric PVP tips

Hey guys! My cleric is currently level 38 and I keep reading posts about how they rape in PVP. Obviously in group settings I can understand why this is, but is there any merit to a cleric in solo PVP?

I've had a few encounters that just ended up with me gating or my opponent losing interest. Beyond this, is there any hope or are there any tips for the optimal sequence of buttons to mash? Not nearly as experienced as you EMU vets to the ways of the PVPs.

Chain cast blind spell while 2h blunt, wait until 20% health to ch to conserve mana.

Find a rogue/monk/warrior to heal while he kills people for you.

Use your stuns to interrupt spell casting on your opponent, this is your main PVP spell i usually had 2 up with diff casting refreshes so soon as one faded off them i casted the 2nd and they stayed stun pretty much the whole fight and cant do shit. Stuns have a high resist rate and always seemed to land a ton unless the opponent has high high mr.

While the opponent is stunned use your highest nuke and kill~ cleric nuke usually pretty long casting time so distance yourself from your enemy as much as you can while using stuns and nuking

Keeping your quick heal up is going to save your ass, along with a bigger heal under it, also Root will land on non twinks alot for melee's and such trying to run for a Zone line, I personally never found melee to work well unless im really low on mana and grasping for that last 10-20 %

Cleric is very deadly if used right. usually need full mana to take on anyone non caster though it can take up quite a bit healing yourself against a melee, have fun GL
