Loginserver Page dont work?!

Hi, Im following this guide:

It says I have to create a Loginserver Account.
If I log in at the site it just appears a white screen with this url:
http://www.eqemulator.org/forums/profile.php?do=loginserver

Nothing else. Something wrong?
