Hello everyone, just wanted to pop in and say THIS IS AWESOME. i just found out about p99 a few days ago and had to get in on this, the nostalgia meter was in overload. I used to play a halfling cleric back in the day and only got to around level 30 before i started playing other mmorpgs (city of heroes, DaOc, age of conan, WoW, guild wars, etc) But nothing ever really gave me the feel that the original Everquest did. So im really glad that this exists and hope more people have a similar or have had a similar experience to mine.

That being said i rerolled a Monk for the first time, wanted to try something new (i usually play support/caster classes in mmos) and would like some people to quest with!

This game is so much harder than i remember, now i know why i had like 5 different books to look up random things in this game. For some reason that makes playing so much more satisfyingly frustrating... which is a good thing for me :p

Anyways Hello all, my Monks name is Sriyantra and im on the blue server. Currently a whopping level 2 but i hope to change that soon haha.

Hello Sriyantra, I recently started myself and currently play every night around 5p CST. I'll look you up, just started a shaman and nothing beats Shaman/Monk for leveling. Which city are you starting in?

My wife also plays, though she chose a wizard. Was hoping she would choose a tank/melee/necromance, but oh well =p

i couldnt resist, i rerolled a halfling cleric by the name of Buckleberry. Hes in the misty thicket currently level 3.

No worries, i havent started playing yet. This Thursday or Friday i will start with my (totally rad) erudite shadowknight.
