tried this out today and its not working right.

it increases my str correctly by 40+, put the ac up by 11, but didnt change dex or agil. Sadly the mana drain part worked as expected (

what it should be doing:

Not bothered about agil tbh, but dex is def a useful stat!

You can't rely on modern Allakhazam for spell modifications without some evidence of modification or correct implementation. This spell gets upgraded with Velious release.

Modern Rage (from your Zam link):

3: Increase AC by 17 (L45) to 18 (L50)
5: Increase AGI by 47 (L45) to 55 (L53)
6: Increase STR by 47 (L45) to 51 (L49)
7: Increase DEX by 47 (L45) to 60 (L58)

Description: This spell is not used very much, but if you are already out of mana and a monster is very close to dying, you might as well cast this and throw your hammer at him. The extra melee stats don’t hurt and the regeneration effect (which stacks with chloroplast) keeps you alive longer.
Duration: 27 minutes.
Casting Time: 2 Seconds.
Recast Time: 30 Seconds.

It was changed in December 2000 from a mana draining health regen buff to the new pure stat bonus buff.

so technically we are pre dec 2000 on timeline.....not sure the regen is working. will have to try it out again.


the blonde developers on here have us at 31st dec 2000 ? eg one day before vel release??

ok i cant recall exact day it was released but you know what I mean ....

we are suspended in time on a virtual timeline. (one that never existed)

makes dr frankenstein look like a very morale chap.

ok i cant recall exact day it was released but you know what I mean ....

Velious isn't out yet, so we are still pre-december 2000 even though the server has continued through Classic/Kunark for 4 years. Velious was released on December 5, 2000, so look for patch/implementation information up through December 4, 2000.

P99 blue/red is essentially a beta server. It is an ongoing project to get itemization, spells, mobs, zones era appropriate.
