Just wanted to say hello im about to order my EQ Titanium and hope to be online soon. I was hoping on some insight on which noob areas are well populated? I know that this server has been up a running for awhile now so i'm hoping there are still some players to grind out the lower lvls with. :D

Isnt that a great feeling? Sometimes its more fun thinking about a new alt/toon to play then actually playing it. Thinkin what god to follow and what spots to visit

Basically every zone is populated and even over populated. Solb, mistmoore, unrest, crushbone etc etc...All are completely packed every day. Its great youll love it

Dont be afraid to start the group. People are always so happy to get a RANDOM invite from across the world to join a group. Just spam /who for the classes and levels. Groups fill up real quick youll see, especially in good dungeon spots. My advice is to hit up all the obscure and more difficult spots you maybe didnt see on live. The most fun ive had here is doing upper guk, najema, mm castle, unrest basement...stuff like that, and dungeon crawling through them with friends. Its alotta fun

oh shit! I havent set foot in njina yet! is there groupage there? I went to runneye because I never grouped there in classic, but there were zero people in that zone.

I love Njina though, and have a chanter perfect for that spot right now!

Most zones are very well populated! Its a great feeling to walk into east karana and see 12 people there randomly in the middle of the night!

Last time I was in najina I was qued up in a real line of people that went out the door to Drelzna's room to get the Journeyman Boots. It took me 25 hours from arrival to getting into the group, then 5 drops later I was up! Longest i have ever camped anything.

I was a 24 necro. Very happy 24 necro :)

But I digress, yeah, people everywhere, being a noob is so fun! Also I agree 100% with Sus, exploring zones you werent familiar with is super fun! I still havent done a lot of the zones I grew up in playing Classic, Upper guk was one i missed out on for some reason but got to go from 20-24 in it and was very happy about that.

I never did basement sooo maybe Ill stay in unrest.

But would love to hear reports from Najina!

Dungeon crawling runnyeye is alot of fun. The first time was a guild group of mid 20s, we hit the bottom floor and got suprise attacked by the giant named evil eye. Whipped our ass. Big corpse run at 3am. The second time we made it to the goblin king and had an EPIC battle.

The king is in a room with 5adds with him, we pull and the one non-guildy dies on the pull, i think he was a monk. So we proceed to mez and root all the adds in one skinny little hallway. We got 3mobs left and everyones oom. It was very close but we managed to scrape together enough dps to kill the king and the other adds fell no problem with no leader. As soon as we kill the last mob someone aggros the next room and BAM another 6pull. That pull wasnt as climactic we handled it easy somehow even tho oom. It was tense. Runnyeye ftw

Haha I am so familiar with that room as I camped the king recently to try to get a BI crown. Sadly they either don't drop in p99 or are extremely rare cus after 16 kings I didn't get one crown :( but the area was really cool! And I know exactly the hallway you describe! Also it was fun camping a mob that was down the hall and around a few corners from bankers and merchants!

Yes! That is a fun zone and fun camp!! :)

There's so much of my newbie life that I'm going to miss as an Iksar (with no friends to help port / bind me around) but ahh well, I never really experienced Kunark life as a newbie so I still get to explore, adventure, and have fun. ;)
