People have jobs? They have the generalized same off time as the player base, it's unavoidable. Some shell scripts along with a crontab isn't going to be bulletproof. It's better to have a human there.

Lol there were totally unexpected downtimes and people screaming for their money/time back. I remember going into the gen. chat and people were just pissed off screaming all the time.

Classic. Just missing the chat channels.

Planned patches were. "Oh, shit!" patches happened whenever said shit hit the fan.
