View Full Version : Game Mechanics: No fleeing at low health due to nearby allies

Leveling my cleric killing spiders in upper guk + the recent spore king thread prompted me to post this.


No run code needs to treat water as being no mobs close. And run.

So should any line of sight block, not just water, work the same way? Sure feels weird to have a mob that wants to flee at low HP not flee because it has buddies nearby but on the other side of a rock wall, or standing nearby but up/down a floor, etc.

The range for nearby allies was reduced. Dont know if that was patched yet.

It seems that mob should not run only if his friends are near enough to aggro.
