do i need poison resist above 75 or 100 to resist this ?

Killing lvl 40 mobs....so should be no resists? (am mid 50s)

AM guessing these weapons are equal, or does one have the edge? The PWC is faster, with the slightly better proc on the BSH.

prices on all 3 range from 1500-5000 atmo. (proc rate on bsh being nerfed before christmas)

Played about with PWC tonight and it was rough!

had PR up to 183 and still didnt resist the procs :(

is the poison rain hitting the mobs pretty well ?

I think its variable, but I was testing on guards in wfport. lvls 35+ (light blue)

resists were at 40-50%

However thats something to do with the coding of shm rain spells. Not many shms use them because of the resists. Poison dots on the same mobs never get resisted, but rain spells can....so must be coded in a funny way.

So all this makes the pwc hard to use as a farming weapon. The speed of the weapon is great, so the melee side is fun, but the rain damage meant I lost hps as fast as the mob.

SHould prob test on green mobs under lvl33, but I cant see a use for that atmo. Maybe for faction somewhere? Not much loot on mobs that low?

anyone with raid gear that can get PR over 200+ ?

decided to give up on it for now.

Managed to trade the PWC in a crackin deal(gromit!) on a granite face grinder; excellent melee ratio
