Shaman Trainer

So ... I had a friend ported up to neriak who just started on the server and he is a shaman. He went into Neriak to buy his spells but the spell vendors for shamans in neriak are empty ... both trainers an all 3 shaman spell vendors are in place but have nothing to sell. Is that normal on here because I clearly remember being able to buy spells there.

shamans cant be dark elves unless you have a mask. but that still isnt going to make shaman spells available in a non shm city.

Im well aware of that fact >.> but the dark elves are allied with the trolls hence vendors in their city etc. If you go into neriak you can clearly see the shaman trainers in the city and the shaman spell vendors ... and ... their trolls lol. I know you can buy them there on live i did it plenty of times for my shaman back in the day and I am almost 100% certain it was a classic thing I mean correct me if I am wrong there. Might of been a later patch that done it i dunno but I do know i bought the spells there on live way back when.

it had to have been when the fagloks, err frogloks took over grobb and the trolls migrated to neriak.
