Trankia in Everfrost for Tishan's Kilt quest

I searched for another thread about Trankia in Everfrost earlier this year and found out it was resolved, but she's broken down again. :eek:

No respond to hails, and when i turned in Shadowed Ball to her she just equiped it....twice.

There's been a weird issue with this quest for the past couple of patches. It will work fine for an indefinite amount of time, then Trankia stops responding to hails and eats items. I had hoped we would find the true cause, but I went ahead and rewrote it in a different way.

Hopefully fixed, pending update.
