Can't seem to make an account?

Sorry if this is the wrong second but I have everything complete from the setup thread and the login server that is posted doesn't work! anyone have a clue where I can make an account to log in? :P I'm new to this game

Wow in that same block I must of looked in 15 times I skipped the "CREATE ACCOUNT" option. Sorry for this post!
