Can't seem to launch game

It's been a long time since I've played, maybe 6 months. The patcher says it can't connect to moestavern.com, and using the option "Only Lauch Everquest", which always worked before, simply crashes the patcher. Is it just me? The server list shows 700 people online so I guess it is.

EQEmuLauncher has been deprecated and is no longer supported. The setup guide and latest patch notes have been updated with the new method of obtaining required game files.

Download the latest eqchangesvXX.zip file from the patch notes. As of this update, we are on v32, found here: http://www.project1999.com/files/P99Files32.zip

I've decided to just start from scratch, since I'm not even sure I still have Titanium (I can't seem to find it, maybe I uninstalled at some point).

But all of the links from the "Getting Started" page are now dead. I know I need Titanium, so I'll get that. There seems to be no more launcher. Do I just unzip the files from that link into my Everquest directory? And then whenever there's an update, do that again?

yep.. make sure to backup your uifiles folder first!
