Error Code Sp-1

I'm trying to get this set up and I've done some digging and nothing seems to work. I tried the all-in-one Dux tool, unzipping the new files into my EQ directory, even uninstalling and reinstalling. Each and every time I get the spell file is out of date error code sp-1. Any ideas?

Have you tried doing it manually without the use of a patcher?

I played Project1999 in 2012. Worked fine. I quit for a year and wanted to start back up today. Got the "error code sp 1 spell files out of date" Error on my character screen.

Been trying to find the .zip file yet all of the ones on the website are dead links. Any help?
