Baron Yosig fleeing at low health

Baron Yosig ran when he hit 20 % health last night. I don't believe the other named flee only Yosig. These 4 named are all undead, and I dont remember them fleeing. I do realize that some undead do flee, but it's pretty rare, and usually recorded if they flee. I tried doing research to see if Baron Yosig would flee at low health and found nothing. Any help on researching this would be welcome. It could be just a be improperly flagged.

Had the Arch Duke with a JBB sprint out of the crypt and basically run away with his phat lewtz as I had to hat out :P

Has anyone ever seen a named not run then? Because in the last two days the only named to run has been Yosig. I have been farming these mobs on p99 red and maybe something is different between the blue and red server.

The real question is did these named run classic? You would think that somone would have made mentioned them running on Allak or Illiana's if these undead ran during the classic era because undead skellies hardly ever run(there is only one i can think of and that is a epic mob.)

Can anyone who played EQ Mac chime in here?

they changed the way NPCs flee recently, if another NPC is nearby Baron he wont run

It's a undead skelly. It shouldn't run to begin with.

i think the named in the crypt currently flee on live. not 100% sure, can verify later tonight perhaps.

The 4 crypt named have always run here, that had always been the hardest part of soloing them.

Crypt named have always run here - stuff has just been broken recently and not always running. For example, little drolvargs in KC haven't been running when previously they always did.

If you look at the link and read the description it says:

"The Elf skeleton is found behind the door which is the enterance to the 3rd level of Befallen. He's a rather nasty fellow for his level, and is one of the few skeletons who will run when low on HP."

No point in debating though I only want proof.

Maybe you should find evidence that they don't flee if you're looking to change the status quo.

Yar ghouls flee. I didn't say all "undead" I said Skeletons.

I think Crom won though. He had the perfect example and he proved my arse wrong. Crom I should be on this afternoon, but I logged out in the crypt and I cant leave my partner till he can get out. If you started playing red u should have told me bro, and I would have hooked ya up with some starting stuff. When you get online shoot Pikrib or Sektoryy a tell. i noticed on my way to the crypt, though, that the bugs at NG flee at low health on Live.

also, the undead frogs in the crypt flee at low health.... i don't recall if they do that on P99 or not, though (been too long since i've been down there)

the frogs at the entrance are worth 1 positive Legion faction, but the crypt frogs are worth 5:
