Druid Epic Question

I am beginning my druid epic. I am a hafling, a worshiper of Karana, level 53.
I tried to talk to Telin Darkforest in Burning Woods. He told me "I cannot impart that knowledge to you yet", or something similar. I have never killed druids, treants, Holly Windstalker, or the Millers in Qeynos. I've turned in countless muffins to raise my faction. Any suggestions on raising faction and/or getting him to talk to me and give me the worn note to start the quest?

All im aware of is be 50/51+, and have amiably faction, may require high amiably faction? I dunno. Turnin muffins til your kindly [1 after amiab] and try that I suppose.

Make sure you're not invis. Did that one time and ran back to do more muffins thinking it wasn't enough ><

Had the same faction issue even though I never killed anything of note...an inventory full of muffins got me to amiable which fixed the problem.

This is why god didn't want you to roll a halfling. Should have been an elf.
