New player from 1999 Looking for a home!

Hello everyone! My name is Cajun and I use to play Everquest in its hayday. I have been playing it the last two years but the changes just rub me the wrong way. I have heard nothing but great things about Project 1999 and I just got it up and running! My first character I just made moments ago is Koloth, the Dwarven Cleric. I chose cleric because I've never played one and I always admired them, and felt it was the right step toward meeting people and establishing myself into multiple player groups. I would like to play an enchanter, but that will require long nights and many corpse runs until I make new friends. Please, feel free to message me in game or on this post. I can't wait to meet the kind of people that would be playing this game from such a wonderful time period! Looking forward to it!
