Just tossing this out there since I just looked it up on P99 Wiki:

Description

This quest has four iterations, one for each of these cities: Kaladim, Qeynos, Felwithe, and Cabilis.

Qeynos - Just outside of the North Qeynos gates, Lashun Novashine will reward you for every two (unstacked) bone chips you give to him (and cast a heal on you).
Kaladim - Gunlok Jure inside the Paladin/Cleric guild will reward you for every four (unstacked) bone chips you return to him. This quest also gives you items such as rusty weapons and tattered armor.
Felwithe - In the Paladin/Cleric guild, Yeolarn Bronzeleaf will reward you for every four (unstacked) bone chips you give him.
Grobb - In the Shadowknight guild, Hukulk will reward you for every four (unstacked) bone chips you give him.
Cabilis - Just outside Cabilis in the Field of Bone, Trooper Mozo will reward you for every four (unstacked) bone chips you give him.

kaladim is really the only chip quest that gives any decent exp. You can take that quest to 9'ish no problem with a couple handful of stacks. If you were to level outside kaladim on the skeletons and turned in what you made after reaching level 5, you'd easily ding 9. All the others stop giving decent exp after level 2 lol

Yup, Kaladim's the way to go ;)

So an evil turning in at cabilis won't get decent experience? I seemed to think it was fair as an addition to grinding?

I can't remember how good the FoB one is, sorry.
But I think you're correct, it was at least decent.
I spent most of my first few levels with my monk in the Swamp, collecting skipping stones because the range on them is fantastic.

The Kaladim paladin guild quest for bone chips is the ONLY one worth doing for exp, even at low levels. You are far, far better served saving them to sell in EC in bulk, or banking them for sale in Field of Bone if you're an Iksar. Higher level players buy them in Field of Bone about twice per three days or so in ratio of them broadcasting.

If you are an Iksar and want fast exp, save your curscale hides. All of them. If you're able, make 2 or more alts and transfer hides to them for their banks for storage on top of using your primary character's bank.

The curscale hide quest in Haggle Baron is a VERY good exp hit on each turn-in, so that if you just level 1-5 in Field of bone killing noob monsters and save every hide possible, and then wait until hitting level 5 to turn them all in at once, you will be pushed really close to level 8 at the end.

This is a big, big deal if you're a necro or a shaman.

I wish I would have known about the curscale hide quests on my Iksar Necro.

I would say the exp for Cabillis vs. Kaladim is pretty similar. It will seem like more exp at the Kaladim turn in because your character probably won't have a monstrous exp penalty like most characters in Cabillis.

This is a good tidbit there.

5-7 can get pretty rough in FoB cause there aren't many level 4-5 mobs.

Maybe - I went from 5 to ~9.25 on 13 stacks; 1-8 seems a pretty big leap, but maybe.

kaladim plus the static spawns of skeles right outside. just like the fang quest, leveling is easy if yer in the know.
