Yes to all those.

You have a major account (EQEmu), a root account, if you will. Then you have a login server account, which is an account on the EQ servers which is submissive to your EQEmu account. Then you have forums and wiki accounts which are somewhat unrelated. You can now link your forum and eqemu accounts..
