Hi guys, i recently heard about your server and have been looking/wishing for this to happen for several years now, so you could imagine i was excited about it!
Only problem is, i haven't been able to try it, i followed the setup guide step by step and everything worked, logged in, got to server select, clicked project 1999 and clicked play.... froze. I tried it in compatibility mode, different resolutions and windowed, i can't figure it out, any guesses?
Thanks in advance!

I am having the same problem. I am running vista and I'm using the titanium edition, and I get to the server selection and nothing works. Once i hit play it goes black and says Everquest (Not Responding). I feel like I am not the only person this has happened to but I can't find a fix.

You ran through the getting started (http://project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2651) post right?

Try editing the file eqclient.ini manually.
Match this section to your screen resolution:
WindowedWidth= <insert reso>
WindowedHeight=<insert reso>
Width=<insert reso>
Height=<insert reso>
This has worked for some when they can't even load...seems EQ doesn't like W7 reso's.

I know with the Steam version of SoF I got to the server select and then had a blank screen after. I had to have a friend bring over his box so I could fix some of the UI issues.
To be honest, with the UI and zone differences (ask anyone in Highhold!) you would do better to find a Titanium box set instead, its not worth the hassle.
