Paladin Pierce for Classic

I am currently max'd in 1hB 2hB 1hS 2hS H2H Bash and soon will be on archery as well, but my pierce is still a lowly 1...... :mad: now i know that pallys get piercing weapons later on, but i just cant seem to remember if we get anything (even if its a shitty little spear or something) in live....


if you have an idea, let me know...i might even pay good money to buy one regardless of how good it is!

Paladins didn't get the Piercing skill until Velious (to use with the new 2h Piercer weapons), so the only piercer you're going to find is something that was accidentally Paladin usable pre-velious. The only difference is that on live at this time the Paladin's skill cap would permanently be 0, but since P99 runs off a higher client you'd be able to raise skill.

Not exactly a helpful post since I can't think of any Pally piercers off the top of my head pre-Velious, just explaining why there are none.

Goblin Poker is extremely rare / nonexistant, but Harpoon of the Depths is a good one. Also possibly pre-nerf Wurmslayer.

I doubt a Paladin will ever see an Efreeti War Spear, it drops from one of the harder raid bosses in the game. Not only is it used for a Bard quest weapon, it's the highest damage Rogue piercer in Classic.

Let me know if you are able to finish the Kerran Fishing Spear quest (Fish Dinner). The Kerran over on Odus gives the quest dialogue, but I could not get the darkwater piranha to spawn after several hours of piranha hunting in Nektulos.
