Announcement :: Raid Rotation
Due to an inability for raiding guilds to work out their own compromise with regards to raid targets a forced rotation has been implemented until further notice. A rotation is not something that the development and management team wanted to have to implement at any time, but due to the guild drama and constant babysitting it has become a necessary evil.

This issue boils down to people being from different servers. The rules in which were followed on Live for raid targets were different on almost every server. Due to there being to very differing opinions on how raid targets should be handled between the two guilds there was too much extra curricular activity between the guilds which was forcing the staff to have to step in and mediate every few days whenever a raid target spawned. This rotation is going in place to keep the peace and ensure that we don't have to step in all the time.

Rotation :: System Details

The rotation will involve sharing the raid targets amongst the two current raiding guilds. Lady Vox, Lord Nagafen, Cazic+Dracoliche will be the three raid targets currently available.

The two guilds will trade off Vox and Nagafen every week. Cazic-Thule and Dracoliche will be rotated as well between the two guilds.

Rotation :: Schedule

As of Tuesday, December 15, 2009 the following guilds have claim to the next spawns:

Lady Vox: <Inglourious Basterds>
Lord Nagafen: <Transcendence>
Cazic-Thule + Dracoliche: <Transcendence>

Rotation :: Plane of Fear

Due to farming Plane of Fear trash also being considered a viable raid target, this will also be under rotation. The following schedule is to be followed for farming the Plane of Fear. If the two guilds wish to request access to the planes for farming purposes outside of the schedule I suggest that the raid leaders get in touch with one another to try and work it out amongst yourselves. Otherwise follow the schedule. Example: If a guild wants to kill trash while the other guild is inactive.

Sunday :: <Transcendence>
Monday :: <Inglourious Basterds>
Tuesday :: Cazic Spawn Day [This day belongs to the guild who is in control of the spawn]
Wednesday :: <Transcendence>
Thursday :: <Inglourious Basterds>
Firday :: <Transcendence>
Saturday :: <Inglourious Basterds>

Rotation :: Penalties

Those who choose to outside the realm of this rotation will be punished. A minimum 14-day ban to all those involved in going outside of the rotation. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Rotation :: Additional Guilds

Details of the application and approval of additional guilds will come later when (if) it is required.

Rotation :: Closing Notes

The rotation can and will be lifted based upon the the stipulation that the two current raiding guilds can come to some form of a compromise with one another to be approved by the staff. Failure to come to your own compromise results in the current solution.
