I'd say any kind of infra/ultra vision spells

Druid...

Rain Nukes are high up there cause they're broken on this server and resist WAY too often.
Sunbeam cause AE blind is useless. Just asking for chaos to ensue
Druid Stuns cause they are outdoor limited and 95% of the casters I care about interrupting are indoors.

Though the spell that I've never cast... Tunare's Request. It's a fixed duration charm so it can't break early. But it's limited to level 35 and under mobs. For a level 55 spell. Useless

VP key pieces and some other quest items too put identify to use. Stam regen spells for sure. Even summoned hammer spells have use for new chars and infravision is a junk buff and a LOT of other "useless" spells still can be used for entertainment or PL or pissing around in lowbie zones. Literally the only thing a stam spell is potentially good for it giving yourself stamina after a rez when you're hungry and you have no food and you JUST NEED TO JUMP RIGHT NOW OMFG. AKA never.
