Monk solo 40-50 spots other then CoM / OT?

Anyone have some suggestions for solo leveling an ikky Monk from level 40-50, that dont include CoM or OT, and don't have any caster mobs?

Can you go straight from guards to nobles? I thought nobles were like level 45+ or something, and guards went light blue at like 38 or 39, or am I wrong?

i did dreadlands outside of kc...mostly solo from 45 to 50. if you are decently geared this is a sweet spot of the curve for intimidate once you max out the skill. can often find buffs and even grps there (if you get bored of solo'ing).

Fear kiting Ogre guards in Oggok till they turn light blue. Then fear kiting in/near the yeti caves in Dreadlands.

I thought Intimidation got nerfed recently and hardly ever works anymore? Is it actually reliable to get a fear off now?

Less reliable, still viable strategy.

I am having 40% success rate roughly for light blues, maybe 60 for greens. Haven't tried on blues yet really.

Before low blues were 75% success, light blues and greens seemed to be like 90%.
