been gone for a month, need some clarification

hi everyone!
i've been away for almost a month, and i reopened the forum pages yesterday. i saw some announcements, but i still have some doubts, that maybe you could help me clarify.
1) is there a newer version of files to download? last one i did was.. i believe v32 on february
2) i see now we are required to merge our forum account with our eq emu account.
for those of us that have 2 separate characters on 2 accounts, we should open a second forum account as well? or how does that work?

1) Last patch didn't require spell file changes. The february patch is the most recent.
2) Yes, create a second p99 account to link your second eq emu account to.
