The reason why EXP bonus exists is because levelling is harder when you are constantly getting 'griefed' and groups are hard to find. Take away the griefing and provide more groups, and exp bonus shouldn't matter.... but RD players WERE getting griefed...

It wasn't the fact that red was released before it was ready, that resists didn't work, that guards didn't assist, that clickies were rechargeable and gimped pvp, that wizards one shot people before spell damage nerf, that melees were useless, that exp was awful, that the community was toxic, that people would train 24/7 and other things with zero repercussions, that the staff never responded to any of the issues and each fix took over a year, that amelinda was corrupt, that red launched close to the release of epics on blue, that Kunark took over two years on an advanced time line server, that these message boards drive away the majority of potential players, that there's no economy, that most people don't enjoy FFA pvp, that most people don't enjoy eq pvp.
