Your guild crosses the line with the rules, I was pointing out why we have rules in aus such as carrying a weapon is considered motive to inflict harm. Just like sending bards and rogues to vp with Rez boxes who run around aggroing mobs is a similar concept. If someone gets stabbed and your caught with the knife that you were carrying, they don't give a shit what your story is. You took a knife with you with the intention to stab someone. If you go into vp and aggro mobs with a Rez box and wipe a raid you seriously have no excuse, that's called training. You went in there knowing a raid was in progress and had no intention of actually fighting the players.

Nah they just made the rules simple so ppl can't bullshit their way out of criminal acts. It is acceptable to defend yourself with equivalent force, however carrying a weapon or bringing one with you is motive to inflict grievous bodily harm. If you are at a steak house and someone tries to shank you with a broken bottle and you impulsively grab a steak knife and stab him through his arm, that can be considered self defence, as you did not premeditate the act of causing grievous bodily harm.

The only problems I have irl is a slightly overdue motorbike service, which I'm dreading because I suspect there is a bad grounding in the stator, which is causing the regulator rectifier to fry and a high pitched sound from the fuel pump, most likely electrical damage from when the last regulator fried. The battery is usually the first thing to go because you can smell the sulphur burning. Mate thinks its normal cos he has frequent probs, but my bike is an 09 busa and is still fairly new.

Now my biggest real problem is motorbike electrical issues. All you fgts posting hate messages and "get help" are most likely the ones that need help. I'd suggest taking your own advice ;)

My biggest in game problem is my limited in game play time is often griefed by azrael , who frequently train, gank, bind camp or plug. The plugging thing is what they mostly do when the pvp is even, but damn, next to griefing in game their next favourite thing to do is start threads on the forums. It's screaming obvious which players are the problem on r99. I mean fuck, I hear nihilum from azrael and their cohort but all I'm seeing are a bunch of drugged up no lifers trying to ease their own pain by trying to inflict pain on others over a 15 year old emu... Drakar is an extremely nice guy, I don't understand the excessive hate towards him unless it's derived from the ridiculous guild tag hatreds so many people seem to harbor. Out of all the people I've met and helped on Red, Drakar is the one whom I've gotten to know best and has never done anything to make me even suspect him to be untrustworthy.
He is the one person who has consistently given me gear and words which I provide to new players for free to help encourage people to stick around. No one else has come close to his generosity.

North is also a very nice person outside the context of pvp. We have been friends for years and will continue to be so long after Red dies. Without the help and gear he gave me back in Classic I would not have near the capability to help others that I currently possess. He gets too overzealous about pvp, but that's what he likes, and I don't try to change people.

Everyone just needs to learn to relax and take shit in stride. Being pissed or proud about this game is equally meaningless. Trust me, I've already done nearly everything you can do in EQ. You can bind camp me and I will laugh and bullshit with you.

If everyone was a little calmer and less invested, we could all enjoy the game for what it is supposed to be, and not the shitstorm it's made out to be. Think about it.
