Error after installing

Good day, I have been trying to get eq99 installed and been getting an error after following the step by step guide on the forums. The 2 errors I have seen are when I try to boot up the game via the short cut or the bat file. Error codes are 0x02f7f0ce and 0x0327f0ce. Anyone know a way to help me?

Got any more description of the errors? you getting a dialog box with these? does the game ever actually attempt to run (black screen?),?
