if this info is right it gives 20% haste?

not clear if this stacks with a haste spell, but like regen does, then i guess so.....

probably willif you dont have a haste item; will get around to chking.(cos ur under the haste cap)

question is can mercury be made, with brewing, from drops of mercuryin the hole? (probably not)

bah, overwrites the haste slot.

SO only useful for melee twinks or shamans under 29.

tbh if your a twink a haste item is a better idea )
