Installed and not working

I followed the instructions on getting started and when I go to the Launch Titanium part I get a black screen that pops up followed by an error message that says, Windows cannot find 'eqgame'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again.
What am I doing wrong here?

ok nm i figured it out lol. Was missing that text in the shortcut target thing. See everyone on the server ;)
