Description: Chief Ry`Gorr in Eastern Wastes dropped his head while the ring event had not been initiated.
Relevant NPCs: Chief Ry`Gorr
Expected behavior: Should only drop "Chief Ry`Gorr's Head" during the special event for the 8th coldain ring quest. Note: he did not drop the head every time he was killed.
Evidence/Research: "NOTE: The Chief only drops his head during this triggered event. Spawning him any other way will NOT gain you his head!" http://www.bonzz.com/coldain.htm
