Graphic problems

Hello everyone,

So my buddy wanted to start playing so I copied my EQ folder and put it on his puter. He was able to log in no problem but his character doesn't move right. It's kind of glitched out as in he just slides around and any animations that do happen are jerky. Anyone know what would be causing this issue?

Post in the technical help section. If you still have the medium you installed your's with, I recommended fresh install

Just coming back to say that after the fresh install, he was still having the same problem. Changing the compatibility mode to windows 98 solved the problem though.
