Unable to zoom out with mousewheel now

Dunno what happened. A couple of days ago I was able to zoom out from first person with my mouse wheel. Today I log in, it's not working.

I didn't modify my game in any way between logging on both times.


edit - before anyone asks, mouse look is enabled and so is mouse wheel zoom.

Fixed it by restarting my computer. Weird.

Sometimes alt+entering in and out of fullscreen mode would fix it for me too.
