Kael Arena Exp Loss

I'm not sure if this is something the devs want implemented, but currently you can lose exp when dying in the Kael Arena. This should not be the case for about 2.5 months after Velious.

Changed it so that players will now lose experience when they die in the Arena in Kael Drakkel. It seems that people were fighting giants in that arena in order to avoid the death penalty.

The fraps shows me entering the PVP area (starting at 2m27s) and not leaving it, but still losing exp on death.

Since this is considered an exploit it is unlikely we will implement it.

Currently our code does not exclude PvP Areas from NPC Slain XP Loss, in any pvp area serverwide.
