Managed to aquire(cheap) a nice 2hb this week.
http://wiki.project1999.com/Blight,_Hammer_of_the_Scourge
I have been messing about in Grobb killing guards, and this hammer saves me a decent amount of mana.
FInding env breath+ doggy+ my melee/procs. Kill off the guards at a reasonable speed.
However am looking for more dex, to inc proc rate. inc buffs am on 147 atmo whi isnt fab.
Problem is that swoping in +dex gear means losing +wis gear.
Trying to find a balance between the 2. wis is averaging 168 with most my dex gear on.
IF I go over 160 dex, the wis will probaly be under 150, and I will just end up medding more often......its a tricky balance.
I know there are +dex potions, but i am assuming they dont stack with shm buffs? ANy other suggestions? Not aware of much gear that has dex and wis on it.

Pretty sure that was a beta item and doesn't exist.
Proc rate decreases with haste though. You will get the same total number of procs in 10minutes of meleeing, but because you are swinging more often, each swing has a lower chance to proc.
I think haste would be counter productive for you if you are doing a lot of casting inbetween melee swings. It will reduce the chance each of those swings will proc. If you're only casting a few spells and then meleeing the rest of the time, haste away.

Incorrect. Your mana regens at a set rate regardless of your wisdom; your wisdom just increases your maximum mana. As long as you have enough mana to win the fights you get yourself into (which you always should, cause you shouldn't be fighting something that is so tough that an unlucky resist or two gets you killed/zones you if you're XPing, imo), then AC or str or even dex will increase your XP rate more than wisdom.

`your wisdom just increases your maximum mana`
I did mean my manapool. Near ent to grobb there are about 4-5 guards, 3 more little deeper, and 1 wanderer.
Was maanging to do about 4, without medding. I think mana is around 1800-1900.
Ideal to have enough mana to do all the static spawns before a repop. Some fights i get 4-5 scourges proc, others was less. The gurads double hit, but max hit was 81, so pretty tankable once slowed. Have chlorplast, no regen item atmo.
tbh my 2hb skill isnt great, so this will help me training it up....
Maybe not the most efficient, but imo more fun than just root/rot them.

tbh am poor, cant afford a 10k+ haste item and i hate lower guk!

about only item thats viable for me before velious.....just havent got around to camping it. (duh)
the scourge hammer is 47 delay.....dont think that 17% will change the proc rate very much? maybe the additional hit damage would be minimal, with no double attk - Probbaly just a mental feeling of power, cos you swing more ;)

Noose is no-drop, but if you hang out in TT it's possible you can snag a rotting one as people are there relatively frequently farming the hunter/forager cycle for the money drops.
As far as lowering your wisdom, unless the camp requires you to break the spawn to avoid fighting more than 1 at a time then you're gaining more efficiency having higher DPS/Procs from better stats.
