Could we compile a list of items that will be rare because they will be nerfed eventually?

What are the "bind at pots" "guise of deceiver" and "manastones" of velious?

I'm pretty sure the devs are going to handle that case, because there was a poll here a little while back started by one of them asking what to do when The Sleeper is woken. I don't remember all the options, but my personal favorite was something like "Sleeper respawns a month or two later, giving the server the opportunity to have endless Sleeper rampages".
