lost my spell effects

after the new patch i lost all my spell effects

any fix for this ?

Try to re-install to make sure it was done correctly I would suggest and check your options with alt-o.

Just extract the patch files into your game directory. Make sure you merge folders named the same (Resources, SpellEffects, and uifiles) and overwrite files of the same name (spells_us, spellsnew, etc.) If you skip or overwrite folders, it will not work and will break your spell effects and sky.
