Currently in Infected Paw all outdoor only spells can be cast indoors.
I have tested this with all druid spells; IE. Wolf form, Camo, Sup camo, Harmony.
I have not tested this in other dungeon zones except unrest which IS outdoors.

seems that all the spells are functioning correctly, was an isolated event

Yeah selo's has never worked for me in Paw.
Also, separate issue: are outdoor-only spells supposed to not function in Neriak? Selo's Accelerando doesn't work in Neriak, which makes me quite sad.

Outdoor spells shouldn't work in Neriak. Look around, you're in a giant cave.

Isn't Rivervale a giant cave? I can use Selo's in Rivervale. I thought cities were some sort of exception. Whatever :(

Is this some bad joke?

Nope, look up. :)
More like a valley if anything...

Usually if you can see the sky.. its outdoors. Highkeep, Karnors, and Rivervale are good examples. I'm not sure if it's always indicative of "can cast outdoors" though.
Rivervale... the name itself indicates it is outdoors.
vale : A valley, often coursed by a stream; a dale.
dale : an open valley, usually in an area of low hills

Ah, but look at what reiker said:

To enter Rivervale you have to go through a cave that is arguably giant. It appears that this is both a sufficient and necessary condition for a zone to be an "indoor" zone. I mean, I know it's not classic, but come on, clearly verant intended for rivervale to be an indoor only zone, so we should change it anyway.

Reiker was talking about Neriak; not that Reiker is a primary source by any stretch of the imagination. Rivervale is not in a cave. Make a halfling, look around.

Halas, felwithe, oggok, grobb, erudin, and paineel are all indoors too?

Wrong place to ask I guess, but why can shamans not shrink in the planes?

I believe outdoor zones require a clickable shrink to be allowable. Shamans couldn't spell-shrink in outdoor zones until 2003ish.

You should have your bard license taken away.

Technically it's called a tunnel, not a cave. A cave only has one entrance, a tunnel has 2.
If the sky is above your head, then you are outdoors.
The planes could be considered an exception to this since they operate outside the laws of physics and magic of Norrath.

Anyone else find the humor in EQ players not understanding the difference between indoors and outdoors?

The sky is always above your head, unless you're in the plane of sky, and selo's accelerando works there (I know because I have extensive raiding experience in plane of sky. I'm also a virgin).

They don't. You can't sow in there.
