I heard he died due to complications with an auto immune disease, didnt even know he was ill.

Egon was always my favorite ghostbuster and when the movie came out I loved him more.

A reminded me of a kid I grew up with. He was smarter than me and more social, but still neardy.

EDIT: Just see he directed Groundhog Day. That's one of my favoirte films.
