its starting to affect my playing time now.
after a normal eq session of 4-5 hrs, my wrist(mouse wrist, right) is pretty sore. Might have to stop playing every day (
Which isnt an option if veliosu launches.
Any one got hints tips on ways to combat this EQ blight?

If its just the wrist, you can get yourself into the habit of moving the entire forearm instead of flicking the mouse around with the wrist. Optionally, use the mouse as little as possible (keyboard movement and turning...usually acceptable in PvE).

Go outside/to the gym and stretch out your body that has been broken down by that computer chair.

That will help with wrist issues.
In addition to that, hit the gym and use your body. It does wonders for things like RSI.

If you play a Bard, using macros to cast your songs can reduce the amount of key presses by half along with removing the need to hold down alt.

(Do this for all 8 gems or just the first 4 for twisting)

I have been using this model more recently but have been using the wired model of this mouse for years and even after many tradeskill sessions my wrist is still in good shape. It's hard going back to regular mice after having the enjoyment of a trackball.

I used to love their trackballs... but at some point they changed the design in a way that I don't find as comfortable anymore. Swapped back to a more traditional mouse since.
