Blank Server List

Just tried to log on for the first time in a couple months. Downloaded and installed the newest patch, and when I went to log in the server list was completely blank. I can't find any other threads on the topic, and have tried reinstalling the patch to no avail. Anyone have an idea on what I could try next?

It can sometimes be fixed by simply trying to log in over and over (well, not really fixed, but servers show up eventually sometimes). Might also help to try to log in on a different ISP/3G (tethered phone) connection just to see if the servers will load up. I know that works for some people. Unfortunately, nobody seems to be able to fully pinpoint the exact problem.
