Unable to /w all or send tells

I log in and cannot /w all anyone or send tells to anyone. It tells me that person is offline if I send a tell, yet they receive the tell and cannot respond to me.

Usually this happens temporarily after a disconnect, but as of now it's permanent. I have relogged twice and cannot fix problem.

Any insight would be great, thank you.

Try zoning. Don't know what zone you are in, but try zoning from one zone to the other. If you went LD on zoning, often this will happen.
