i was pvp'ing on my 40 clr alt, some red con nilly monk in KC that was getting PL'd by 8 other nilly's, i died like 4 times to the monk trying to pvp him (YT). then the monk dinged and went oor of pvp so i started to fear/pell the mobs he was fighting then nizzar got me banned within 5 minutes. dont know what rule i broke, was told "PNP"

Well, what I did was not against the rules. The closest thing you can try to say that i did that was against the rules was trying to cause exp death, but that's not what i was doing. I was pelling rooted mobs so that my enemies <Nihilum> had to spend more mana re-rooting mobs to hinder their PL speed because this is a pvp server and they are my enemy. I was also fearing mobs so they had a harder time meleeing them. a level 40 cleric fearing red cons was resisted 8 out of 9 times and when it did land it was 1-4 seconds. the zone was pretty much clear so I knew it was impossible to form a train. I try very hard to follow the rules and I have read the PNP many times

They did a good job of rerooting everything as i pelled it because they had 5 people capable of rooting that were watching me, same as the feared mobs, they were pretty much instantly rooted. They even told me while I was doing It that I was insignificant to the power they had and I wasnt causing any kind of trouble for them... because I really wasnt

they had like 6-8 level 60 veeshan's peak geared people PL'ing this guy, it was absolutely impossible for me to kill one and not a single one of them even came remotely close to dying.

GM's never sent me a tell or anything I was banned during the act of what I was doing. I had to log into another account to ask why I was banned and was never told a straight answer. the best I got from staff was "how was what you were doing pvp." When I tried to explain myself in a respectful manner, that account was banned too.

My immersion is gone after something like this

Typically nihilum members get banned for knowingly doing worse actions from what I've seen. RMT, training, hacking, exploring, excessively griefing new players.

Come on man, a questionable move? It was very obviously against the PNP. When PVP is not an option we default to the blue PNP shit anyways, and I'm pretty damn sure you can't dispell/fear mobs and grief a group there.
