Networking problems for EQEmu/P99?

I have been trying to play all night and it seems there is some packet loss from the West coast backbone to the core EQEmu/P99 servers. When login does work no servers populate and it eventually times out.

Anyone else noticing this?

Main drops I am having are at:

nycmny01.us.bb.gin.ntt.net
to ae7.ar1.nyc3.us.nlayer.net
to .choopa.net
down to Rogean.com

I can't speak to all that technical stuff, but yeah; I either

a) can't get past " Logging in to the server. Please wait... "
b) can't get past a black server selection screen
c) can't get past a populated server selection screen
d) can't get past a character selection screen that says my spells are out of date.

I last logged in 20 hours ago with no problems. Haven't changed / altered any files.

Ok now it's back up for me... odd.

I have had this problem very bad since the server switched locations. However, I had this problem before also.

I really wish I could find a fix,though.

That being said, I have been able to connect much more often lately at certain times since about last Friday.
