In Honour of Cast (Rest in Peace)

Cast's death was announced here a month or so back and people thought it was a hoax. Well for those in the loop it's all too real.

Anyways this isn't so mcuh about Cast as it is Age of Empires II. You see aoe2 was Cast's favorite game. Having played the game in my youth and wanting to honour him, I downloaded the HD re-release of the game. Much to my dismay it was not all that good and seemed far too dated. And without Cast alive, this game is dead to me too.

So while I have logged countless hours in the game over the years, I was wondering if anyones knows of something more modern than a game made 20 years ago with similar gameplay?

RIP Cast. Cast committed some heinous acts (well, really only 1 in my book). But I am really sad he's gone. Entertaining in-game, just tryina get his fun in. I will miss his midnight serenades, karaoke-tells incorporating sprinkles of EQ. Didn't take things too seriously...... until he DID. And then he was coaching full time.

Cast was very private in his identity so showing proof to people outside his loop (he let very few people in) is impossible but rest assured that this stuff wasn't a hoax. I think the "silence" from tranny porn and/or 40 page essays on improving the server over the past few months is proof enough :( I mean he was a big troll and stuff but he's the kind of antagonist that makes a community like this thrive and the reminder of life and deaths a heavy load to carry sometimes
