Shaman with 3-4k

I have a shaman in mid 30's with 3-4k plat, was wondering what I should be buying with it? I've got a full set of banded and using a PWC as my mainhand. Or should I be saving up? I'm getting to the point where I can't melee with the PWC without taking a beating.

Save IMO.

At that level you can start root rotting so gear is less important. And over the horizon you have a few expensive purchases to make.

Regen BP - 15k for Rubi (3), 20-25k for Ikky (5), 100k for Fungi (15)
Torpor - 100-160k?
JBB - 30k?

Maybe Epic for 30-55k?

If I were you I'd save towards a regen BP. I think saving for Ikky is best bet and then selling it when you are nearing enough for a fungi. And work on epic faction / a guild to do Fear.
