Question About Uploading SS's

I am having a problem with my SS's.

After I load them to Imgur, every screenshot comes out bad, with a white film, covering the whole picture

does anyone know how to fix this?

just use tinypic shits easy then the img code

and if its bmp, just right reclick and resave it to jpeg

fyi png is the ultimate format for pictures on the internet . almost as clear as bmp but about the size of a jpeg
