General V'ghera maybe? Seems likely that he would be the one to drop it I've never seen it drop. But I haven't been involved with killing V'ghera very much, maybe 6 or 8 times.

Reading old replys on it, appears the GM event version has the proc the kithicor one does not.

Proc and +3str +3sta dropped other night for AG. I was shocked as well, thought it was GM only. Good chance the proc is not as much aggro as the yak because the proc does not include any dot/stun/snare. Probably half the aggro of yak
