Life has been re-evaluated. Tune was powerleveling a bunch of randoms last night, until I came to help and we got about 8 or so levels. Tune has always ran around and helped lowbies out. He might of killed a bunch of lvl 52s but he is a decent guy tbh. I only talked shit on him because I was on the other side. The truth is, this server needs people like Tune. He hasn't needed gear in a very long time, he spends his days helping new players out and gearing them up. Unban Tune so he can log off the forums.

This doesn't sound like Tune. Maybe he accidentally trained you. I've tried soloing in lguk on Twainz and had some issues where I had to either die or train. Being bound in OT at the time, I was not trying to die. If he was training you on purpose you should fraps it and petition it. Otherwise, I do not believe you.

Server integrity has to be number one and if people think they can get out of bans it allows them to cheat again.

That is also why I said if he is unbanned GMs should explain why publicly. They should admit to their mistakes instead of just outright unbanning him. That would give the wrong idea to other players and stupid theories of donating, etc. would arise. You may say who gives a shit what people think but preserving box integrity is important.

This is what I was referring to when I said if he actually deserved it then it needs to be final. People keep bringing up the last infraction and saying the PnP was not evenly enforced. He was looting at the lavastorm zoneline right next to sol b, where there was insane fighting going on, AE's etc directly on top of him. He was accidently tab targeted and one bard slash killed him (because he was looting by people getting AE'd).

Tune has served a long enough suspension and was banned before the rules could be clarified around mass PVP. He pvps a lot, but there is nothing wrong with that, and often times he is pvping solo. Hell, even if he is with a group, he leaves them in the dust 3 seconds into a battle anyways.

Make it right. Free Spectre / Tune / whoever else that was banned from PNP violations. Clarify the rules. Bring on Velious. Fun begins!
