request: bring back 40 posts per page on the forums

if there was some compelling reason to drop the max to 10, then nevermind

It's been 10 for as long as I can remember, or maybe I didn't think to change it up to 40 :p

I poked fun of someone on the forums for not having their page limit set to the highest max. Rogean then made the old default the new highest max.

When he did it, he made it so every time you reply to a thread it subscribed you to it, so when you disabled that it changed your old max to the new max.

Heh, smart idea.
